About the RoleIn this role as Deputy Manager (RN) at Leonard Cheshire, you will provide full support to the Service Manager in running our nursing home and deputise in their absence. You will lead a team of nurses and care staff with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Our goal is to promote positive outcomes for disabled people, and your flexible and proactive approach will help us achieve that.
You will be responsible for monitoring and providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical, and personal support to our customers, promoting independence and choice. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and deliver excellent overall service.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• A level of professional development and registration (may include Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care qualification).
• Experience in managing a team of nursing and care staff.
• Experience of providing direct personal and social care.
• Experience in working with customers who have physical and/or learning disabilities.
• Flexibility to work rostered hours.
