We are currently seeking an Account Manager – Rigging to join our busy team based in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of high-profile clients across the film, television, and commercial production industries.

As the main point of contact for production crews, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts from initial enquiry to final invoice. You'll also play a key role in coordinating equipment rentals, supporting internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, suited to someone with excellent customer service skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Feature Film, TV and Commercial clients


  • Respond to calls and emails professionally and efficiently


  • Oversee the full production cycle, from initial quoting to invoicing


  • Attend internal production and logistics meetings


  • Generate equipment quotes, check stock levels, and manage sub-hires


  • Raise purchase orders and create billing schedules


  • Set up new production accounts and ensure insurance, terms and POs are in place


  • Update internal systems with logistical requirements (deliveries, returns, movements)


  • Monitor returns, resolve issues with missing/damaged items, and ensure accurate invoicing


  • Close productions promptly, ensuring all costs are invoiced and reconciled


  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance and Distribution teams


    What We’re Looking For:

    Essential:

    • Experience in the rigging, lighting or technical rental side of the Film/TV/Media industry


    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)


    • Highly organised with great attention to detail


    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure


    • Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


    • A proactive team player who can also manage their own workload


    • Commercial awareness and ability to maximise profitability


      Desirable:

      • Working knowledge of RTPro and/or Optrax software


      • A background in equipment hire, production logistics or customer account management


      • Understanding of the end-to-end production process
