We’re recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist to join a forward-thinking team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building new client relationships, has experience in B2B sales, and is ready to drive business growth through proactive lead generation and cold calling.

Lead Generation Specialist Role:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on generating new business within the HVAC industry by identifying and nurturing prospective clients. You’ll take ownership of the full lead generation cycle – from researching target markets and initiating contact, to presenting solutions and booking qualified meetings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your results truly matter.

Lead Generation Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and market research


  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the HVAC manufacturing sector


  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to target personas


  • Engage with decision-makers such as Sales & Marketing Directors, Product Managers, and Strategy Directors


  • Present and promote industry reports and data insights to new prospects


  • Use CRM tools to accurately record and manage sales activity


    What We’re Looking For:

    Essential:

    • 2+ years' experience in B2B lead generation or sales


    • Proven cold calling ability and commercial acumen


    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills


    • Experience in HVAC, construction, or market intelligence industries


    • Comfortable using CRM and invoicing systems


    • Proficiency in MS Office and strong written English


      Desirable:

      • Experience with SaaS, DaaS or syndicated reports


      • Familiarity with Sugar CRM, Dimensions, or Focalpoint
