Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation in the film, television, and media production industry. We are seeking a Client Contact – Rigging to join their team based in Slough. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on managing customer accounts, liaising with production crews, and ensuring rigging operations run smoothly from start to finish.

Client Contact – Rigging Role:
As a Client Contact – Rigging, you will be the main point of contact for feature film, TV, and commercial clients. You’ll handle everything from initial enquiries to final invoice approval, working alongside internal teams to meet production needs and build strong client relationships. This position involves a high level of customer service, organisation, and coordination across departments.

Client Contact – Rigging Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary liaison for production crews.


  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and respond to emails and calls promptly.


  • Oversee the full production process including quoting, booking equipment, arranging deliveries, and final invoicing.


  • Attend daily meetings and coordinate with departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Distribution.


  • Input equipment lists, check stock levels, and arrange sub-hires where necessary.


  • Create quotation summaries, deal documents, billing schedules, and ensure accurate order setup.


  • Manage logistics using systems like Optrax and RTPro.


  • Ensure timely invoicing for all equipment, transport, and consumables.


  • Monitor returns and manage charges for late returns, damages, and missing equipment.


  • Close down productions efficiently, ensuring all accounts are settled.


    What They Are Looking For:

    Essential:

    • Strong organisational and communication skills.


    • A confident and professional approach to client management.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.


    • A proactive, motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


      Desirable:

      • Industry experience in film, TV, or commercial rigging equipment rental.


      • Experience using RTPro and/or Optrax systems.


      • Knowledge of rigging and lighting equipment.
