The Role:
Your expertise, gained from previous strong experience, will be pivotal in shaping our approach and supporting the Family Help Teams.
With the backing of your Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager, you'll have the chance to:
Take charge of a diverse caseload of complex child protection cases, ensuring families receive the right interventions and support.
Offer expert guidance and mentorship to colleagues, enhancing their professional growth and boosting team effectiveness.
Collaborate with external partners, including various agencies and stakeholders, to provide comprehensive support for families.
Confidently chair meetings and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to advocate for the needs of children and families.
