Your new role
As the site's Traffic Marshall, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around the site
- Coordinating deliveries and managing access points
- Communicating clearly with site teams and drivers
- Maintaining a secure and organised site perimeter
- Supporting site operations with a safety-first approach
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification (NPORS or CPCS)
- CSCS card
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally on school or public sector sites
- Strong communication and situational awareness
- A calm, professional manner in busy environments
