ISS has designed a drop-in workspace designed to foster team building, collaboration, and connection and we are now looking for a Team Building Coordinator to help bring this innovative environment to life.
Created to energise teams and encourage knowledge-sharing, this dedicated hub offers a welcoming setting where colleagues can come together to network, build relationships, and feel part of a wider community.
Job Description
In this highly visible and engaging role, you’ll act as both host and facilitator - bringing life to the space, organising informal events, and helping ensure every colleague and guest has a meaningful experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the co-space featuring team-building activities like Lego sessions, murder mysteries, and a popular built-in escape room
Highly varied role requiring adaptability and quick thinking
Must be exceptionally organised to run, reset, and prepare multiple sessions daily
Works independently day-to-day but is closely connected to the wider creative experience team
Ideal for someone creative, proactive, and confident in managing their diary
Constantly generating and implementing new ideas to enhance the experience
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Organised, creative, and confident with strong professional presence
Able to liaise effectively with all levels, including VIP Barclays staff
Comfortable managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment (1,000+ visitors monthly)
Professional, polished, and adaptable in client-facing situations
Strong communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
