Summary

A great opportunity has become available to support Boston Borough and East Lindsey District Councils Housing team to make a difference.

You would be assisting the Accommodation Team Leader with management of all administrative functions relevant to the management of temporary and resettlement accommodation.

Proving sufficient suitable accommodation will often be a challenge and you will assist the Housing Accommodation Manager to overcome such challenges!

The post would initially be fixed term for 2 years with the possibility of the post being extended further.



Typical duties:

Administration of temporary and resettlement accommodation and provision of nightly paid accommodation
Arrange nightly paid accommodation as required
Liaise with the occupants and relevant organisations for those accommodated


The successful candidate would be able to work from home but would also be required as and when necessary to work from the Councils offices as well as travel to appointments within East Lindsey and Boston. A current valid driving licence is essential.



This position is a shared role within the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) and forms part of the S113 agreement between the participating partnership Councils in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement 1st October 2021.
