Summary


To develop and provide 1st and 2nd line support for the Trusts Telephony and voice
recording platforms, whilst working with both suppliers and stakeholders to deliver a
resilient, robust, solution for lifesaving and commercially led call taking services.

We are looking for previous experience of working in a high demanding environment with excellent communication skills and to be able to work well as part of a team.

Previous experience of networking and telephony would be a definite advantage.
