Summary
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a People Operations Manager to join our People Services team based at Gloucestershire College.
As a senior member of the People team, you will be accountable for the effective delivery of people management practice across the College.
You will lead and coach the People Partners and People Quality/ Coordinator team, driving operational excellence through continuous improvement, process efficiency, and compliance with employment legislation and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused professional who can build strong
relationships across departments and contribute directly to the College’s strategic people agenda.
