Summary
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our wonderful team at Booker Park School.
Being the first point of contact at school for parents, pupils, staff and all visitors, you will be juggling the demands of a busy reception desk whilst managing a multi extension switchboard. You will offer a professional, warm and friendly welcome, both face to face and on the telephone, ensuring calls and visitors are dealt with in a timely, professional and effective manner. Reporting to the Senior Administrator, other tasks will include providing high quality administrative support as required, sorting daily incoming post, taking in deliveries and generally contributing to the smooth running of the wider school admin team.
The Vale Federation of Schools incorporates Booker Park Primary Special School and Stocklake Park Secondary Special School, across 2 campuses. Booker Park School currently educates 243 pupils. Our extensive facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, soft play centre, sensory, swing rooms, rebound trampoline, library audio suite and multiple outdoor activity and learning areas. Based in Aylesbury, our schools are close to the town centre and local train stations, have excellent bus links and free on-site parking at all sites.
