Summary
Registered Nurse, Adult or Mental Health- Must have: Registration with NMC, a keen interest in working within the Therapeutic Milieu, enthusiasm for a person centered approach, a commitment to high-quality care delivery, an initiative to develop personal opportunities, insight to facilitate care for individuals with mental health issues and or dementia-related conditions, a keen interest in team building and supervisory support, a proactive approach to nursing, flexibility to support the aims and objectives of the service and meet the fundamental standards to the enhanced level.
