Summary
General household maintenance including repairs,
minor electrical, plumbing, joinery, and decorating.
Routine fire alarm testing, visual equipment checks, water temperature testing and recording, and portable appliance testing.
Good communication skills, record keeping, and ability to organize own time
and work schedule. Ability to manage pressure, conflicting demands, and prioritizing tasks. Undertake driving duties when required
