We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Services Manager, our Service Contract Inspector provide inspect the standard of Garden Maintenance, Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning across our stock where communal services are delivered and a Service Charge collected. This is to be done on a routine basis.
In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
What do our Service Contract Inspector do;
Support the Services Manager in overseeing grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, and window cleaning. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure contractor compliance and quality standards.
Act as a key contact for residents, promoting involvement and satisfaction. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and external agencies to maintain safe and welcoming communal environments.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, contractor performance, and compliance. Provide monthly assurance reports and support service charge reviews.
Identify and report health and safety issues, fly tipping, and neighbourhood disputes. Ensure all work aligns with regulatory and policy requirements.
Work closely with internal teams and contractors to improve service delivery, onboard new schemes, and share best practices across departments.
What we are looking for;
Full driving licence and willing to travel across the northwest
Experience in effective management and delivery of H&S data and process management and systems
Experience of conducting risk assessments, including fire risk, and following through actions.
Skilled in use and operation of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and able to collate, prepare & present management reports.
Ability to issue clear instructions of actions necessary to address defects and regulatory breaches
A methodical and conscientious approach to accuracy and attention to detail
