Summary

Supply Food and Beverage Assistants

Location: Plas Newydd, Historic House and Gardens, Llangollen
Salary: Grade 1, £12.26 per hour
Hours: Supply

The Authority is seeking to employ Food and Beverage Assistants on a casual basis to provide excellent front line customer service for our successful tearoom at Plas Newydd Historic House and Gardens.

Our aim is to appoint enthusiastic, confident and capable individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service.

The successful applicants will work as part of an existing team at Plas Newydd.

Amongst other duties you will be involved in:
> Serving customers face to face
> Helping to prepare foods
> Cleaning and maintaining food and Service areas to a high standard
> Be responsible for opening up and closing the buildings
> Checking and ordering of stock
> Using of point of sale till systems and cash handling
> Completion of accountancy paperwork

Candidates should have some experience in a customer interfacing environment and in a food service environment. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential.
