Summary
We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaper on behalf of a nationally based landscaping company who have recently opened their newest depot just outside Ledbury to further develop their business in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. This is a permanent job paying to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.
As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be:
Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.
Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to their high standards.
Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.
To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need:
A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
Team leading experience.
A good knowledge of plants and trees
To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
Ideally your CSCS card.
Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
A driving licence.
A mobile phone onto which you are happy to download their clocking in App as well as using WhatsApp to communicate with the office which will include sending pictures.

A salary of up to £34,255.00 per year.
