A bit about the role

It’s truly heartwarming to be part of the Early Years team, where our passion lies in nurturing young minds and fostering their growth.

You will play a full part in the planning, organising and delivery of activities and creating learning experiences designed to improve outcomes for children with special educational needs. You will work in partnership with parents, carers, and partner organisations. 

You will need:

Level 3 or above childcare qualification

The right to work in the UK.

An ability to safeguard and protect children.

To be positive, adaptable, and friendly

About BOP.

BOP early years specialist service is based on the site of Broadlands School, Keynsham.

We are a friendly team of experienced early years staff who specialise in children under five with special educational needs and disabilities. Children have enhanced adult to child ratios to ensure that they are able to progress.
