Summary
Our team in Wigan & Leigh are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our excellent team in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group. About the Role The successful applicant will have a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to providing meaningful services to those who present to our service and achieve this by supporting the existing dedicated team of recovery workers. Areas of work will include: Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service Positively promoting the service and WithYou Wigan & Leigh Managing the staff within the service, ensuring staff are well informed, inspired and engaged with the strategic objectives of WithYou and that a cohesive culture is developed This is a full time position, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
