About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to support students with special educational needs within a secondary school setting. You'll work closely with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting students with special educational needs (highly desirable).

  • A strong understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities.

  • Proven ability to assist in delivering engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.

  • Experience supporting student progress and adapting methods as required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals.

  • Experience working with diverse learners.
