Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of working in a nursery setting.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification (an advantage but not essential).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:

  • Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
