Summary

Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail driven People Administrator to join our values led People Team on an 35hour per week, 18month contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity to grow, in a collaborative environment across several people support functions.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional administrative support across the full Employee Life Cycle, while also getting hands-on experience with high impact projects such as restructures, TUPE processes, and our annual People cycles like Merit Reviews and Bonus updates.

You’ll help keep our People systems accurate and up to date, generate insightful reports, ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR, and direct queries to the right people so everything runs smoothly. In return, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of People processes and programmes, work alongside a supportive team, and have plenty of scope to develop and grow.

About You:

  • Previous experience of administration in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Capable of working under own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Handles sensitive information with care, discretion and a high level of integrity
