Summary
Title: Multi Skilled Operative / Skilled Labourer The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our Middlesbrough-based client who are seeking Semi-Skilled Operatives to join their dedicated production team. This opportunity is open to candidates with experience using hand tools or trade roles, who are looking to work for a well-established company.
The role includes: Demonstrate excellent experience preparing materials, attaching hinges, drilling and cleaning Assisting in moving goods around the production site General housekeeping and safety when at work and using equipment Supporting supervisors with general duties, including heavy lifting, moving stock, and loading/unloading goods Successful candidate will have: Hand tool experience whether commercial or has a self-employed tradesperson Previous experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail, working to project specifications and ensuring quality standards are met A desire to learn, with great punctuation and an excellent work ethic Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 08:30 start, 35-40 hours per week Pay rate and benefits: £12.21 per hour basic rate (equivalent to £25,396 per annum based on 40 hours) Benefits of working for The Best Connection: Ongoing assignments Holiday accrual Weekly Pay Online payslips Pension Provision Personal Accident Insurance Access to 'Perks at Work' temporary worker benefit scheme Suitable candidates will be invited to register online.
