Summary

Job Title: Financial Administrator
Location: Wickford (office based)

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00


About the role

As a Financial Administrator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and billing support. You'll work closely with clients and operational colleagues to ensure the accurate and timely processing of client transactions, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce billing sheets from Customer payment certificates and Operations work logs.
  • Provide documents to finance to support invoices being raised.
  • Liaise with finance to allocate cash receipts to relevant invoices.
  • Raise purchase orders in finance system.
  • Send approved purchase orders to operations or directly to supplier, as instructed.
  • GRN purchase orders once good received.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong experience of working in Excel.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Comfortable with communicating on email and via phone / teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
