Summary
Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification To provide a holistic, patient - focused service delivering evidence based information and advice to patients with renal cancer, run a nurse led clinic assessing patients fitness to continue with treatment, supporting them and their families throughout diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care. To work as a core member of the multidisciplinary team providing expert advice and education. To act as 'key worker' within the multidisciplinary team, taking a central role coordinating individual patients care; promoting continuity through the treatment modalities, and to provide patients with a primary point of contact for information and advice Previous CNS experience in is desirable however, a developmental role will be considered for the right candidate.
