Summary
Role Overview: As a Practice Nurse, you'll play a vital role in the delivery of chronic disease management and general treatment room services. A particular interest or specialism in diabetes is highly desirable, though a broad knowledge across all chronic conditions (including Asthma, COPD, and CHD) is preferred. Training and support will be availableand expectedwhere upskilling is required.
