Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support tailored to pupils with high support needs
- Promote sensory regulation, communication strategies, and engagement in daily activities
- Support with feeding, personal care, and physical assistance (training provided)
- Work collaboratively with Teachers, Therapists, and Care Staff
- Implement routines and assist in creating a safe, inclusive learning space

Who We're Looking For:
- Psychology (or related) graduates with a sincere interest in complex needs or disability support
- Calm, caring, and proactive individuals
- Those open to personal care responsibilities and physical support tasks
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
- Experience with children or vulnerable adults is helpful but not essential
