Summary
Salary: £350 per week retainer (paid monthly) + commission

Are you an experienced cold caller with a background in life insurance or similar sales environments?
We’re looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Remote Sales Executives. This is a work-from-home opportunity offering a monthly retainer plus commission, with leads provided via an autodialler system.
Role Overview:
Contact potential customers through a cloud-based autodialler
Encourage customers to review their existing life insurance policies
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Deliver consistent call performance in a target-driven environment
What We Offer:
£350 per week retainer, paid monthly (£1,400/month based on full attendance)
Uncapped commission structure
All leads provided — no cold sourcing
Ongoing support and guidance
What You Need:
Proven cold calling experience (life insurance background preferred)
Must be self-employed and able to manage your own tax and NI obligations
Access to your own laptop/PC, headset, and reliable internet
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Full availability Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Please Note: This is a self-employed position. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions in line with HMRC requirements. Retainer and commissions are paid monthly.
