Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Executive Office, ensuring efficient delivery of services and continuous improvement.
- Provide proactive, professional support to the School Leadership Team, including diary and correspondence management.
- Oversee governance support, communications, and digital systems including SharePoint and Teams.
- Manage travel arrangements, financial processes, and event coordination for senior leaders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, supporting staff development and performance.
