  We’re looking for practitioners who:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

    
    

  • Have recent experience working with children aged 0–5

    
    

  • Understand the EYFS framework and can help support children’s development

    
    

  • Are nurturing, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with young children

    
    

  • Can build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

    
    

  • Are confident supporting key worker duties and daily routines in nursery settings
