Summary

Job Title: Executive Support Manager - Corporate/Members
Salary:£51,801 - £59,724 per annum
Grade G
Fixed Term Contract - 2 years
37 hours per week (hybrid working)
About the Role
As part of our Executive Support Team, you'll play a key role in enabling effective leadership and decision-making. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing Executive Support Team
- Overseeing strategic planning, resource management, and service delivery
- Working closely with the Mayor and Cabinet Office to align political and corporate priorities
- Driving continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems
- Providing strategic cover for the Chief of Staff and contributing to cross-directorate initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience working in a political or public sector environment is highly desirable
