About the Role
You’ll support residents in all aspects of daily life, including:
Personal care and medication administration
Cooking, cleaning, and household tasks
Supporting people to achieve their personal goals and outcomes
Participating in meaningful daily activities
You will be supporting People who live at Longstone to engage in current activities and supporting to introduce new experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Compassionate and reliable individuals with excellent interpersonal skills
A willingness to undertake all required training
Experience in care is preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided
Ability to work a flexible rota, including overnight shifts
An enhanced PVG is required for this role
