Summary
Accurate inputting of data onto Electronic Patient Record Investigate queries in relation to GUMCAD/SRHAD Ensure timely provision of data to the Information to ensure the production of operational performance reports and KPIs Interrogation of the sexual health computer system to ensure correct attendance type, activity and diagnoses attributed to episodes of care/attendance. Contribute to the development of a data quality culture in the sexual health service by highlighting data issues, working to develop solutions and ensuring routine audit/validation of all data communicating data quality issues in SRHAD/GUMCAD to all staff and senior management through verbal or written means Link with other Trust colleagues to enable an integrated view of performance to be taken Contribute to the local and national audit requirements of the service Supports all report production by working closely with the information team and service manager To be responsible for minute taking in Health Adviser team meetings Works closely with the Health Adviser team in relation to results management within the sexual health service To acts as System Administrator for sexual health computer system and have thorough knowledge of all its functions and be the first point of contact for departmental IT issues in the absence of the Sexual Health Administration Manager Be the first point of contact for all data reporting internally Deal with telephone enquiries from sexual health staff in relation to GUMCAD/SRHAD coding
