Part Time Sales Administrator
£18,000pa for 24 Hour Week!

Milford Area
A well-established family-run dealership is seeking a part-time Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a successful and customer-focused automotive business.
Key Details:
• Salary: £18,000 per annum (based on 24 hours per week)
• Schedule: Flexible working across 3, 4, or 5 days – to be agreed to suit both parties
• Annual Leave: 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
• Benefits: On-site parking, supportive team environment, established business with strong local reputation
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing vehicle sales and related documentation
• Coordinating vehicle handovers and managing delivery paperwork
• Liaising with customers and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties
About You:
• Previous motor trade experience preferred, but not essential
• Confident using Microsoft Office and/or DMS software
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and able to work independently
