Summary

Full-Time Office Administrator – Food Wholesaler
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:00 or 9:30–5:30 Occasional Saturday cover (approx. 3 per year)

We’re a busy, friendly food wholesaler supplying fruit, veg, and dry goods to restaurants, cafés, schools, shops, and more – and we’re looking for a reliable and capable Office Administrator to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking and processing customer orders (phone/email/online)
Creating and sending invoices
Processing purchase orders and supplier payments
Handling procurement site orders
General office admin tasks
Supporting the accounts department as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in office admin (ideally within an accounts or wholesale setting)
Solid Excel, Sage experience and keyboard skills
Organised and reliable
Friendly, team-oriented, and not too serious – we work hard but like to enjoy it too!
Willingness to cover the occasional Saturday (just a few per year, for holiday cover)
