Rate: £19.75ph PAYE
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our fast-paced and supportive HR team. This is a key administrative role supporting a large, dynamic organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling HR administration and documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, and formal communications.
• Generate and issue letters using mail merge templates.
• Manage the HR shared inbox, responding to queries or escalating when appropriate.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, training, meetings, and events.
• Provide diary management support for senior HR team members.
• Track training attendance, manage bookings, and liaise with external providers.
• Assist in onboarding and induction coordination.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and general office administration as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a large or fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with mail merge and managing shared inboxes.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Desirable (Not Essential):
• Experience working within an HR department or knowledge of HR processes.
• Familiarity with HR or business systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
