Whether you're stepping into PPC for the first time or bringing transferable skills from another area, we’re excited to welcome new energy and fresh perspectives into the service.
As the Virtual Triage Patient Pathway Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless management of patient journeys through the virtual triage process. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality care and efficient service within a thriving multidisciplinary team.
