Summary

We’re looking for a confident and committed Advanced Support Worker to join our team, working across several supported living packages on a fixed rota. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for person-centred care who’s looking for more responsibility and variety in their day-to-day role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing consistent, high-quality support to individuals across multiple supported living settings
- Working collaboratively with individuals, families, and professionals to meet personal goals and needs
- Supporting with personal care, daily routines, medication, appointments, and meaningful activities
- Completing sleep-in shifts as part of your rota (additional pay provided)
- Working 1 weekend per month and maintaining a consistent rota to support work-life balance
- Helping new staff with shadowing and mentoring (after full training)

What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate and reliable support worker with proven experience in supported living or complex needs
- A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to work across different locations
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes initiative
- Full UK Driving Licence – this role involves travel between services
- A team player who can also work confidently on their own
