Summary

Residential Child Care Worker, Revelstoke Road
Grade 5 £30,060-£32,654 Per annum plus 10% alternating shift allowance
Permanent/ Full time
Shift work following an 8 week rota pattern including evenings, weekends and sleep ins (payable at £40.78 per sleep in)

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of a team that repair the trauma of the young people who live in our home. We will train you in how to work with our model “Therapeutic Reparenting” No qualifications are necessary.

We are looking for enthusiastic, tenacious and motivated Residential Child Care Workers with experience of working with children and young people. In return you will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of your continuous professional development.

This post is exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
