Repairs and Maintenance

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading housing repairs and maintenance company based in Central London, and they're on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

If you're passionate about improving services that directly impact residents, and you've got a strong background in housing, repairs, or asset management environments - we want to hear from you.

The Role:

You'll play a key role in helping the organisation drive improvements across housing repairs services, from analysing workflows and data, to supporting the delivery of system upgrades and transformation projects.

Working closely with stakeholders across operations, IT, and service delivery teams, you'll gather requirements, map processes, and turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, deliverable requirements.
  • Analyse current repairs processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement.
  • Support the design and delivery of new systems or enhancements (e.g., housing repairs, scheduling, asset management platforms).
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across departments.
  • Create process maps, documentation, and user stories.
  • Contribute to UAT planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in housing, local authority, or repairs & maintenance environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of housing systems (e.g., Northgate, Capita, Civica, DRS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Skilled in process mapping (e.g., using Visio or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
