Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment, alongside a highly experienced Medicines Management Team comprising: 3 Pharmacists 3 Prescription and Discharge Summary Clerks 1 Pharmacy Technician You will work closely within the medicines management team, but also alongside GPs, nurses, reception teams, and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) to deliver high-quality medicines optimisation and patient care in primary care.
