Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Proven experience working with secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

A comprehensive understanding of SEMH difficulties and the ability to design and implement highly differentiated and personalised learning plans, with a strong focus on emotional regulation and behavioral support strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and external professionals.

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
