Key Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Demonstrable experience teaching pupils with a wide spectrum of SEN and ability levels, including those with complex needs, across the 7-18 age range.

  • A comprehensive understanding of differentiated instruction and the ability to create personalised learning plans.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
