Responsibilities As an SSSTS Chargehand, your key responsibilities will include:
- On-the-Tools Work (60%): Performing hands-on tasks to ensure the successful execution of the project.
- Client Communication (40%): Liaising with the client to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage logistics effectively.
- Supervising and coordinating team members to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Gold JIB Card.
- A valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:
