Summary
Job Title: Regional Maintenance Assistant (Scotland)
Location: Covering our Scottish sites (four sites across Glasgow, Livingston, and Edinburgh)
Salary: £27,698 (£13.28/hour)
Benefits: The role also comes with a company car due to the travelling across the region.
Working Hours: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30

Main purpose of the role
Working as a part of our facilities team, covering all our Remarketing Centres in Scotland. This busy role is to ensure that our auction sites offer a clean, safe and maintained environment to staff, contactors and the public.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ad hoc maintenance jobs – minor repairs etc.
- Ability to carry of facilities duties – painting etc.
- Manual handling.
- General site cleaning / clearing.
- Diving site maintenance vehicles.
- Ground maintenance.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
- Full Driving Licence
- Experience / Interest in maintenance and facilities.
- Physically fit and used to working outdoors.
