Summary

MPS Planner Administrative Assistant

  • Location: Bridgwater.
  • Hours: 37 hours.
  • Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4.30pm.
  • Friday, 8am to 1pm.
Pay Rate: £12.21 to £13, depending of experience, per hour. Contract Type: Minimum 6 month contract. Opportunity for permanent contract for the right candidate. Start: Immediate starts available.

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for an admin assistant to assist in all general admin tasks involved in production and order processing.

Job responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in administartive role essential.
  • Experinece in MPS planning desirable.
  • Role to include all admin tasks to support the current Senior MPS Planning team.
  • Tasks include entering Sales Orders onto internal system.
  • Running and maintiaining the in house daily order system.
  • Collating orders and responsible for assembling document packs for production cells.
  • You will need to have excellent attention to detail and ability to multi task and support other parts of the business when required so good team working skills needed.
  • Starting in basic role and progressing to other tasks when needed.
