As a Care Manager you’ll support and supervise a Supported Living Team under the guidance of the Registered Manager, ensuring the efficient and professional running of our service.

· Supervising your Team – supporting your Team so they flourish in their roles
· Building relationships – collaborative working is one of our core values
· Leading by example – ensuring your service is well organised, following internal & relevant policies and procedures including health & safety at all times
· Promoting our high quality standards – we have a strong reputation for person centred support
· Proactive – continuously seeking ways to make a positive difference to the people we support
· Recruiting – growing your Team following relevant recruitment policies & procedures
· Deputising – in the absence of the Registered Manager

You’ll need proven experience in…
· The learning disability or supported living care sector at a similar level
· NVQ level 3 or above in Health & Social care
· Managing a Team
· Strong leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills
· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
· Understanding person centred care and support provision
· The ability to prioritise and multitask at all times
· IT and rota systems (desirable)
All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
