You’ll need proven experience in…

Working in the learning disability or care sector
Understanding person-centred care and commitment to quality support
Managing rotas and using IT systems (Cold Harbour is desirable but not essential)
Coordinating staff to meet each service user’s individual needs
Prioritising and multitasking
Self-motivation and initiative
Effective communication and teamwork
No formal qualifications are required. All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
