Summary
Manager / Logistics / Accounts person to run a small, established, expanding business. The business buys, reconditions and supplies mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs to disabled persons. Knowledge of this industry is not essential. Skills needed are; the ability to run a small business, including supervision of employees, logistical planning for deliveries and collections, organising throughput of stock and liaising with customers and suppliers regarding delivery and collections, accounts work, dealing with payments to suppliers and receipts from customers, dealing with, motivating and ensuring staff are performing their duties. Essentials are; excellent organisational skills, previous experience in running or managing a small business. Preferred skills are accounts experience or qualifications (AAT would be ideal), Spreadsheet experience and computer skills.
