Our Porters / Stores People play a key role in the site's operations, ensuring they are always running smoothly while maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.​

In this role, you will work alongside and support the craft team by managing the purchasing, storage, stock rotation, and distribution of all catering supplies, as well as waste management, helping to meet site targets for wastage and recycling.​

You’ll act as a strong link between all teams on site, ensuring effective communication and support. As you move through the campus, your friendly and engaging manner will help foster a positive environment for both staff and customers alike.

The Role

Integrate into a team, supporting with all aspects of the working environment

Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site to comply with company and statutory regulations

Represent our teams, always thinking of client satisfaction

Be responsible for the site’s stock and ensure any cash or takings are handled appropriately and carefully managed

Work closely with the leadership team to ensure stock levels are aligned with business demands

Manage and control stock levels across on-site and remote storage areas

Regularly review wastage and sales reports to identify trends and ensure there are no surplus or shortfalls

Build and maintain positive working relationships with all suppliers to support service excellence and efficiency
