This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll handle inbound calls and live chat enquiries, offering genuine advice and converting interest into bookings — all while earning a competitive salary and commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and live chat enquiries
Provide impartial product and service advice
Convert leads and enquiries into bookings
Process amendments and cancellations
Accurately update customer records in the CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, upbeat, and professional personality
Proven experience in phone-based customer service or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, motivated, and target-driven
Confident using systems and multitasking under pressure
Availability Monday to Friday (9am–5:30pm or 10:30am–7pm), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–5pm)
